Appointments can be made here in the chat or by phone. Cancel or move free up to 24 hours before; inside 24 hours we ask for half the service price, waived if we can fill the slot. Walk-in cuts are usually fine before 11:00 on weekdays.

Ines trained in curly cutting in Milan and cuts dry, curl by curl. Book her specifically — an hour, €45. If you have been let down before, bring photos of what went wrong.

Parking on Ilica is tight. The Kaptol garage is a five-minute walk and we can validate two hours for guests booked in advance — mention it when you book.

Yes — an hour in the salon, €60, trial run €35 and deducted if you book the day. We do not travel to venues. Saturday mornings book out weeks ahead in summer.

We stock the colour-care line we use in the salon. Silver shampoo €22, bond repair mask €28, heat protector €19. We can hold anything at reception under your name for a week.

Yes, any weekday. €18 up to age 10. Weekday mornings are quietest and easiest for a first haircut — we book 30 minutes so nobody is rushed.

Bond repair treatment, 45 minutes, €40, or €25 added to a colour appointment. It rebuilds the bond rather than coating the hair, so it survives washing. Two or three sessions for badly bleached hair.

The team speaks Croatian and English, and I answer in whatever language you write in. Bring a reference photo if you would rather not describe it in words.
